    While the overall experience is positive, the pillows on the king-size bed are on the hard side, which may not be preferable for everyone. The room's size felt a bit cramped for a beautiful designation, and the breakfast options, though decent, could benefit from a wider selection. Lastly, some of the room's technology, particularly the spotty Wi-Fi and the need for authentication, can be a hassle.

    All in all - had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room was very well decorated and well-equipped with a superb view, a balconies, a personal note, booked it for £ 159. The service was VERY GOOD in my opinion.

    Staying here was a dream! The view of the Bosphorus from my Beautiful Bosphorus Room was amazing 🌅. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. A fantastic experience!

    Luxury hotel with PLEASANT view on Gezi park. Had particularly good and magnificent location close to take taksim square, a short way from Taksim Maksemi. Based just off the main shopping streets with plenty of bars as well as Galata Tower via Istiklal street in the evenings.

    Would happily go back again, because I had an absolutely amazing stay and didn't want to leave. The units are new-fashioned, stylish with balconies. All the staff members are exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel provides an exceptional service...

    Location near Taksim Square is unbeatable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options could use improvement. Enjoyed the great spa treatments and happy hour. Great view of the Bosphorus from the room.

    The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful too. Room view was very nice, Bathroom desgine was good.

    The room couldn't take more than two, breakfast was normal, they need to put more main courses options. Room is clean but they need to take care of the bathrooms cleaning it needs to be more deep. Also one main thing is that there is no place to hang your clothes to dry after you wash them! THey don't give you iron, we had to buy one from the market.

    The rooms are very small.. The breakfast buffet wasnt that much... It doesnt have wide variety of food.. My family stayed in a room which has a park view..that the people sitting in the garden can see them in their room which limited the privacy...

    This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a great spa & wellness center, and helpful 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff helped return my forgotten items, which I cherish. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

    The fine view is lovely

    I was captivated by the amazing view of the Bosphorus from my beautiful room. The staff greeted me warmly. I especially enjoyed the cozy ambiance in the evenings!

    The breakfast options were quite limited. I was hoping for a more diverse selection to start my day, but it was still edible.

    I staed in this hotel for w/end. Iron was not available, neither in the room, not at the reception. Be carefull if you need smth to iron - on w/end its not possble.

    Clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location, 3 mins walk from Taksim square and Istiqlal street, the park just across the street from the hotel, nice view of the Bosphorus and Bridge. Advice, book park or sea view, corner rooms have both. Manager, Ms. Seygul Yildiz, was very cooperative and responsive to e-mails ahead of arrival.

    Breakfast. Although a decent selection, it seems some of the leftover items from the previous day were displayed again (cheese, buns...) and the restaurant staff were slow and not attentive, except for a couple. Also, most hotels would stop adding fresh items when bf hours are over, which is fine, but here everything was immediately taken away while guests were still eating.
